  • You wil receive your family portraits online gallery link in 5-7 business days

    Prints from the Memories Plus package will take 2-4 weeks for delivery.

    Wall Arts and Albums (made from Italy) from the Red Signatue Experience will take 4-8 weeks for delivery.

  • Yes, you can order the prints and other products on gallery link in the store section. You can also place an order through phone or email. (Contact details on Contact Page).

  • Yes we offer additional retouching or editing service. Additional retouching or editing will cost $150 per image.

  • Yes, we give you all the rights to the images and you are more than welcome to post your famly protraits or social media.

  • All family portraits packags are up to 4 people. Additional family members past 4 people will be additional cost of $100 per person.

  • Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to $50. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
